The staff were helpful, arranged lost bag collection, and the outdoor pool area is quite lovely! Great excursions were available through the hotel.

There were a fireplace, central heating, and an electronic key card in my standard double room, enjoyed it. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was good! Besides, my parking was nearby. The location was marvellous, close to pyramids! Besides, it was really close to the taxi as well as the inside garden.

Hotel was lovely relaxing and beautiful designed, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The room was good-sized and cheap and with a beautiful view to the inside garden. The bed was large and the food was outstanding. The private parking was nearby, good service.

I tell ya, Ghada was a real gem, always checkin' in on us an' makin' sure our family member was looked after. The staff were kind, the food at the restaurant was flat-out good, an' the pool area had a nice chill vibe. Had a mishap with some water issues in the bathroom, though.

the location was marvellous for traveling around giza, really close to the bustling cairo, the restaurant and service staff mrramadan, and pyramids and local shops. booked a standard double room with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television.

Had a very pleasant stay for a night. I ate at a very nice restaurant with high quality food. The view to the inside garden was beautiful;))

Poorly maintained bathrooms, limited nearby dining options, unreliable internet access, streets outside are crowded and dirty!!!

The surroundings scream chaos with dirty streets and major traffic congestion. The hotel shows its age, needing maintenance as rooms sport old furnishings and there have been reports of issues like malfunctioning AC controls. Guests have complained about abandoned buildings nearby. WiFi is hit or miss, leaving many guests disconnected .

Great hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely balcony view. The breakfast spread felt lavish and was a highlight. Staff was courteous and handled requests promptly. The pool provided a quiet escape from the bustling city. Some areas need attention. The internet connection was very poor. The surrounding neighborhood felt chaotic and crowded, with no nearby attractions. There were signs of wear in the hotel, showing its age. Despite those issues, my stay was enjoyable, and the room comfort made up for a lot of the inconvenience.

The amarante pyramids hotel has a beautiful heated swimming pool with waterfalls. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially at the reception, made our check-in smooth.

During our stay, we really appreciated how Ghada, who assisted the front office director, was supportive and attentive to our family's needs, especially given a family member's health issues. The restaurant offered excellent food, and all the staff were helpful, assisting us with our luggage and ensuring a comfortable experience. It was a pleasant surprise to find such caring service throughout our visit as we explored nearby attractions like the Taha Hussein Museum and Clock Square.

The staff was super supportive, especially Ghada. The Standard Room had great amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a tv. The pool area was nice, with sun loungers and umbrellas. Very spacious and clean. The shower was refreshing!

The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with spacious rooms, and the breakfast staff, especially Zineb and Mahmoud, are cute and go the extra mile to assist with requests. Plus, the swimming pool area is a great spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.

The overall internet connection could use improvement to ensure better connectivity.

The reception staff was really good. The pool area offered a refreshing escape, with fine garden views that enhanced relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable ambiance, perfect for our family. The garden view we enjoyed was a good bonus.
